Please check if this is correct, I might be missing something here.
- I think PXB8.4 is required for SST when all the PXC nodes are of the 8.4 version.
- PXB 8.0 is required in SST when rolling upgrades are being done for example a PXC 8.0 cluster is being upgraded to PXC 8.4, then some nodes will be of 8.0 and some will be of 8.4 version.
If this is too complicated to mention, then maybe we can remove the reasons for having both PXB8.4 and 8.0.

assuming that {vers} and {vers_major} reflect 8.4 version, I think it is fine
