AWS SDK 1.8.3 includes the t2.small and t2.medium instance types

I'm guessing this PR should be closed since it wasn't merged (at least not through the PR UI) but project.clj uses this version now. |

AWS SDK 1.8.3 includes the t2.small and t2.medium instance types
I tried updating to the latest AWS SDK 1.8.10, but code generation failed.
1.8.3 is a minimum upgrade which includes the t2.small and t2.medium instance types and yet still generates code successfully
