This updates the GCC sources to 10.5.0. Furthermore, this PR backports upstream GCC commit 9970b57 to resolve an include poisoning issue when compiling against the libc++ of newer versions of the macOS SDK.
The README is updated with the new version of the formula.
Standard audit and style checks and tests have been run successfully on macOS 15.6 (Aarch64) with Xcode 26.1. This was tested on an ATmega 2560 board.
