This also updates the GCC patches by the Darwin GCC maintainer to the GCC 13.4 revision. Furthermore, an obsolete build option and a flag for an older version of AVR LibC were removed. Signed-off-by: David Stritzl <[email protected]>

This updates the GCC sources to 14.3.0 including the patches by the Darwin GCC maintainer.
The mentioned patch was migrated to the Homebrew Core repository. Also, an build option and a flag for older versions of AVR LibC were removed.
Standard audit and style checks and tests have been run successfully on macOS 15.6 (Aarch64) with Xcode 26.1. This was tested on a AVR 2561 board.
