What does this pull request change?

The signals connected to O_FAB and an output primitive were not handled. This PR creates a physical port in fabric netlist to connect the signal.

Verified that the following tests passed locally before PR was created.

• make tests/batch_all
• Describe or list testcases run specifically to verify these updates if not covered above.

ripple_counter and turbo_8051.
