Adds support for configurable required fields specifically for anonymous user authentication

Key Changes:

  • Admin UI: Added tabbed interface to configure required fields separately for users and anonymous users
  • API: Updated project endpoint to handle provider-specific configurations for both openstad and anonymous providers
  • Backend: Enhanced configuration merging to support independent settings per authentication provider

Benefits:

  • Anonymous users can have different required fields than authenticated users
  • Provides flexible authentication flows for different user types

This enables projects to collect different information from anonymous vs. authenticated users.
