This PR adds the Cypress 15.6.0 binary to the vendor folder for usage in Docker. The binary is 200+ MB, so is hosted in Git LFS. I have also moved the knox vendor file to Git LFS to ensure all files in
vendor/are saved in Git LFS (see.gitattributes).Closes #1160
