Summary

• Support per-release Slack webhook URLs in the redhat-developer-rhdh-send-alert step. When JOB_NAME contains release-X.Y, the script looks for /tmp/secrets/SLACK_ALERTS_WEBHOOK_URL_X_Y and falls back to the default webhook if not found.
• Rename SLACK_NIGHTLY_WEBHOOK_URL to SLACK_ALERTS_WEBHOOK_URL to match the Slack app name.
• Add CLAUDE.md with a new release branch checklist (Slack webhook setup, job max_concurrency).
