Migrate $ref URLs to "raw" instead of "blob"

The old URLs linked to github.com/.../blob/...
The HTML site reference broke automated schema ingestion.

If you would like to recreate the issue:
I used a python code generator for JSONSchema:
koxudaxi/datamodel-code-generator

uv run --with=datamodel-code-generator datamodel-codegen --input x-oca-coa-playbook-ext.json --output model.py

This should do the trick
