Developing locally

1. Download the extended hugo package for your operating system.
2. Clone this repo, including submodules: git clone --recurse-submodule git@github.com:PawprintPrototyping/pawprintprototyping.org-hugo.git
3. Get a fancy autoreloading webserver: hugo server
