This PR adds tinymce4 support for ice.

Commits are as follows:

  • 2d97679 Rename all previous tinymce references to tinymce3
  • ad3025f Add new ice-tinymce4 plugin
  • fe8381a Small tweaks to ice. Date format parameter and make selecting the invisible dummy character optional (required to work around Chrome/tinymce4 issue)
  • 56c0619 Add tinymce 4 example to readme

Thanks for building (and open-sourcing) ice! Great work!
