Description of Changes
This PR fixes the Netlify build failure caused by a missing dependency.
The Sphinx extension sphinx_togglebutton was listed in
conf.py, but the corresponding package was not included inrequirements.txt.Added sphinx-togglebutton to requirements.txt to ensure the extension is properly installed during deployment.
