Edit: still think not keeping communication with the lab manager and/or the board is a decent addition for termination or at least a strike.

Also, not a super big fan of B(6)(ii)(a). I think imposing a stricter limit on the timeframe of data retention on the cameras would be best. We can determine if an incident happened within usually 48 hours, so I think that timeframe would be reasonable. However once an incident occurs, I am in favor of the incident footage being held for an indefinite period.

Edit: I think notification of viewing is also a good thing to do. I very strongly dislike the idea that the cameras could be accessed without the knowledge of the subject in question. Especially since only two people have access to these cameras. A requirement for a slack message like "we are reviewing footage from 00:00 to 16:00" would be nice.

I agree. I'm gonna reword this, maybe to be a 6 month retention of general footage, and a 5 year retention (same as D(5)) for footage related to discipline issues.

There was an incident in the past where NUPD got involved and physically confiscated the camera as part of an investigation, so I will note that the clause doesn't apply if the police have to get involved, because then it's out of our control.
