anticipate the possibility of multiple md doc files
* The CI config refers to a deployment process we no longer use * The VM template no longer exists * Puppetry sets up a VM that hosts the built app via nginx. It does not expose the drupal-provided styles that the app relies on, nor does it provide a dev environment. It is still assumed the developer will build the app locally
Remove OBE/confusing `release`/`version` npm scripts
