Also cleans up some OBE code from removal of "Order Files".
User profile was only used to submit orders through hermes api, which is no longer supported. Users will login to earthdata if they choose the earthdata search option.

Completely remove the earthdata login button & order history page
User profile was only used to submit orders through hermes api, which is no longer supported. Users will login to earthdata on the earthdata search site if they choose the earthdata search option.
Also cleans up some OBE code from removal of "Order Files".
NOTE: we want to hold off on merging and releasing this code until after https://bitbucket.org/nsidc/everest-ui/pull-requests/216 has been released to prod for at least a couple of weeks. We want existing orders to expire out first, so users have a chance to get their files before we completely do away with the orders page & earthdata login button.
