Update info related to computing resources at neuropoly.

Closes #136.

• Not as extensively as described by issue. Minimum viable documentation for XRDP, but at least it is documented somewhere and extremely outdated VNC docs are removed.

Closes #140.

• Does not "ensure that examples for both domains are given in every case" as described by original issue, given that GRAMES will soon be gone. (See recent emails.)

Additionally:

• Updates specs and connection info about workstations found here.
  • Went through every station listed, ensured specs were accurate, and updated as needed.
  • Defunct TeamViewer credentials for bireli and tristano also removed here.
• Removes defunct workstations.
  • Hosts fitzgerald and vnmrj also removed here.
  • Entry for tristano removed because it is now a TV and no longer a workstation.
• Adds missing workstations.
  • Restores entry for idea7t (seemingly accidentally deleted here?)
  • Adds entry for for herbie.
• Ensures above list is linked to on dedicated CPU and GPU pages.
• Updates GPU page to include tassan.
• Moves miscellaneous duke-related docs from mega computers page to existing duke page.
• Links out more appropriately from duke page.
• Links out more appropriately to admin-facing resources.

Not covered by this PR:

• Refactoring mega computers page into multiple pages.
  • Ideally sections like List of Computers at NeuroPoly, VPN, Connect to NeuroPoly Computers (and probably others) would each have there own page!
  • This is less urgent than updating bad facts though, so I've saved it for the next PR. (I might also want feedback on any restructuring that will change where info is?)
• Fully cleaning up GE section
  • I removed or replaced wrong or clearly misplaced info from this section, but it could be further improved and some of its subheadings may still want to be moved to more logical locations.
• Validating info under Software Installed.
  • This section hasn't been updates in like 5 years. I'll need to go through it line by line. This will also be for next time.
