(feat): Bindgen: SystemConfiguration.h => system_configuration.rs #66

Added bindings for SystemConfiguration.framework/Headers/SystemConfiguration.h

The changes in generate_bindings.sh are

1. add the rest of the headers in SystemConfiguration.framework/Headers as commented out variables (and fix order)
2. move around the bindgen blocks to match the new order introduced by (1)
3. add a bindgen block for SystemConfiguration.h => system_configuration.rs generation
4. some structural comments here and there to more cleanly separate sections of the script
