Fix bash script bindgen options and version comment. Add version features to `nftnl-sys` and `nftnl`. Add `/lib/` to .gitignore to keep libnftnl directories.
This updates all previously included version too to bindgen 0.69.4. It adds `flowtable.h` which is included in libnftnl >= 1.1.0.
