Fix: Add Review Section with Beautiful UI to Homepage

Added a new review section to the index.html file to showcase user testimonials with a beautiful UI. The section includes:

• Responsive review cards with hover effects
• Star ratings for each review
• Reviewer avatars with placeholder images
• Clean and modern design that matches the existing theme
• Proper integration with existing page structure
• Smooth animations and transitions

The review section is placed after the testimonials section and features a responsive grid layout that works well on all device sizes. Each review card has a subtle hover effect that enhances user experience.
