- Update pyproject.toml to require pycsw==2.6.2
- Refresh pdm.lock (pycsw 2.6.2 files, hashes and content_hash)
- Add org.opencontainers.image.* labels to Dockerfile, Dockerfile.dev and Dockerfile.ghcr
- Update README containers table to include pycsw 2.6.2 entry
