Add quotes to arguments to fix the bug issue 23 and add a flag to allow for integrated auth to be used in addition to the PAT token. This is my first time contributing to a PS/DSC project so let me know if there's something I missed here or any updates necessary before including this.
Note, this will be a breaking change to people who have already added quotes to their arguments as a workaround to issue 23, but I think that's unavoidable in fixing the bug.
