Migrates GitHub team references to their new names, e.g.:
@mdn/core-dev→@mdn/engineering@mdn/core-yari-content→@mdn/content-teamMotivation
Teams have been renamed for clarity.
Additional details
All references have been automatically updated to use the new team names.
