from_foyer()classmethod toTopologyclass in topology.py. This classmethod allows the creation of aTopologyinstance directly from aMoleculeobject and aFoyerParameterWrapperobject, which was introduced in a previous pull request.test_from_foyer()in test_topology.py script.
