To facilitate bringup of manufacturing flows in DV and on ATE, this adds a flag `--log-ujson-payloads` to the E2E FT provisioning flow to print the UJSON payloads (from Host-->Device) as hexstrings to the console. This can be demonstrated by running: ```sh bazel test --test_output=streamed --test_arg="--log-ujson-payloads" \ //sw/host/provisioning/orchestrator/tests:e2e_emulation_tpm_hyper310_test ``` Signed-off-by: Tim Trippel <[email protected]> (cherry picked from commit f9ca047)
