Implemented support for DCL_RAW_UAV, DCL_STRUCT_UAV, IL_OP_UAV_STRUCT_STORE, IL_OP_UAV_UMAX, IL_OP_UAV_READ_UMAX instructions that are being used in Battlefield 4.
