chore(deps): update go-junit-report from tag to SHA

Summary

Updates the go-junit-report dependency reference in GitHub Actions from tag v0.9.1 to specific SHA cc1f095d5cc5eca2844f5c5ea7bb37f6b9bf6cac. This change ensures the dependency is pinned to a specific commit rather than a mutable tag reference.

Changed files:

  • .github/actions/unit-tests/action.yml - Updated go-junit-report reference on line 28

This is part of a broader initiative (SDK-1496) to update go-junit-report across all LaunchDarkly Go repositories.

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

  • Verify that SHA cc1f095d5cc5eca2844f5c5ea7bb37f6b9bf6cac corresponds to the v0.9.1 tag of go-junit-report
  • Confirm CI passes, especially that unit tests run successfully and test results are properly uploaded
  • Check that this change is consistent with similar PRs being created across other LaunchDarkly Go repositories

Test Plan

  1. Wait for CI to complete successfully
  2. Verify that test results are properly processed and uploaded as artifacts
  3. Confirm no regressions in test execution or reporting
