Ubuntu 20.04 runners are not available anymore. Upudates runner version to 24.04 and 'run-on-arch-action' to latest avaiable version (3.0.1). Signed-off-by: Rafael Guterres Jeffman <[email protected]>

There seems to be an issue with As this workflow has not ran since August, due to Ubuntu 20.04 runner not being available, I'm disabling the workflow until we find a solution. |
