- Added dify-plugin>=0.0.1b64 to fix ModuleNotFoundError - Updated plugin package to pass GitHub Actions validation
- Changed Plugin() to Plugin(DifyPluginEnv()) to fix TypeError - Compatible with dify_plugin 0.7.1 which requires config parameter
- Added tools/provider.py with DinqProvider class - Added tools/__init__.py to make it a Python package - Added extra.python.source in provider/dinq.yaml - Tested locally: plugin starts successfully - Fixes ToolProviderConfiguration validation error
