In practice, this means:

• Add @GiuseppeTT (myself) to jobset-admins and jobset-maintainers
• Remove @danielvegamyhre from jobset-admins

This is a follow up to kubernetes-sigs/jobset#1122 and kubernetes-sigs/jobset#1123 .
