Removed the "Ensuring Security" Portion of the homepage for a testimonial section.
Do not merge. It just has filler quotes. It is also very minimalistic. I couldn't get arrows on the side to look ok
Also added a global mock for ResizeObserver in the test setup. I used react-slick and it relies on this browser API, which isn't available in JSDOM and was causing the snapshot test to crash.
