I know you're discouraing the use of this repo and to use mpdf/mpdf which I use in some projects.
However, I needed this package for a project that was running in PHP7.2. If you're using or plan to use this repo (at least for yourself), I'm making this PR with at least some of the changes that are needed to work with PHP7.2 and avoid throwing warnings...
