…ild deps Add common development utilities to the dev stage to improve debugging and developer workflow inside the container: - bash-completion for shell productivity - vim and less for in-container editing and inspection - jq and yq for JSON/YAML processing - strace and lsof for low-level diagnostics - iproute2 and netcat-openbsd for network troubleshooting - procps and htop for process monitoring Consolidate build-time dependencies into a dedicated virtual package (.dev-build-deps) for cleaner installation and easier cleanup.
