Fix tests regarding new API Is currently `alpha` for two reasons: 1. Not heavily tested 2. Not specific integration, just upgraded deps and fix compilation/runtime issues Related to #2
2. when loading multiple main commands, throwing the runtime exception 3. fix the issue of missing commands when using nested commands
