Reason for Change:

Regular maintenance of Terraform deployment sample.

• Bumping versions of terraform providers (azurerm, kubernetes, helm)
• Bumping ragengine chart version to 0.8.0

Requirements

• added unit tests and e2e tests (if applicable).
