Matplotlib on OpenWRT or LEDE with python3

Prerequisites

• Compilation with glibc and libstdc++ required by numpy

Known Issues

• The libpython.so library is not found during the first compilation run. At the second run, everything is all right.
• Numby can only be compiled against glibc and stdlibc++
• Tested only on the x86 platform
