Clone the repository and copy the bezierenvelope.inx and bezierenvelope.py files to the “Inkscape→ share→ extensions” folder. The extension can be accessed using the “Extensions → Modify Path → Bezier Envelope” menu item. (Not to be confused with the plain “Envelope” menu item)
