Hi 👋, I'm Deanna

I'm a senior technical writer with seven years of experience across the software education, cloud computing, and indirect tax industries. My work spans three areas: developer documentation, end-user documentation, and building tools and workflows that help writers and developers do their best work.

Before technical writing, I was a college English instructor, and before that, I studied linguistics for six years. My background shapes how I think about communication, clarity, and teaching complex concepts to new audiences.
