Code Review

This pull request promotes 'Gianlucamilani' to a senior member by adding them to the ami-iit/seniors group. While the change is correct for this group, I've identified a related inconsistency in other groups. To ensure correct permissions are applied, 'Gianlucamilani' should also be added to the ami-iit/purchases/rda-makers group and removed from the ami-iit/purchases/read group, to align with the setup for all other senior members.
