#39 # feat: 增加vue2/3的支持
增加适配：使用"lang":”vue“来指定taro-iconfont-cli生成Vue2/3组件。
修复：
1.replaceRelativePath方法，使用正则来替换。
2.tslib开发环境下报错。
3.http-proxy开发环境下报错。
4.修复ts下引入vue组件的报错。
5.修复index.h5.js引入vue模块。
增加依赖：
vue-iconfonts-cli v1.0.2
vue v2.6.14
@types/http-proxy v1.17.7
升级依赖版本：
typescript 3.6.3 => typescript 4.5.3
