- Added custom Neo4j migration framework with CLI (migrate.py)
- Implemented sequential schema versioning (001, 002, 003)
- Created initial migrations for Community nodes and relationships
- Integrated strict schema checks into build and summarize scripts
- Added robust error handling for existing index conflicts
- Added comprehensive documentation in MIGRATIONS.md
