Hyperf 认证组件

该组件升级自（hyperf-ext/auth）。

将项目依赖中的hyperf-ext改为hyperf-extension即可支持hyperf3.0+版本。

其他具体使用方法请参考原项目文档，本项目仅用作hyperf 3.0+兼容。
