Remove custom View details link and bump version to 1.7.5

Motivation

• Avoid duplicating the WordPress-provided "View details" link in the plugins list so the platform can render it consistently.
• Bump the plugin version and stable tag to reflect the change and release a patch.

Description

• Removed the custom View details link insertion logic from the plugin_row_meta filter in site-add-on-watchdog.php.
• Updated the plugin header Version in site-add-on-watchdog.php to 1.7.5.
• Updated Stable tag and added a 1.7.5 changelog entry in readme.txt documenting the removal.
• Changes touch the files site-add-on-watchdog.php and readme.txt only.
