Nella tabella "Numeri", i decrementi possono generare confusione in quanto il "+" è inserito direttamente nell'html, e quindi risulta in un +-5 (come potete vedere nell'immagine che ho allegato).
Ho rimosso il "+" dall'html e invece lo aggiungo direttamente quando i dati vengono calcolati solo nel caso ci sia un incremento (e quindi fosse necessario il "+").
