This PR improves Vulkan stability on macOS (MoltenVK) by narrowing feature usage to a safer subset on Apple platforms.
On Apple Silicon, the previous feature set could trigger
VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST(vkQueueSubmit2 failed) followed by swapchain loss and a black/unresponsive window. This change avoids those unstable paths while keeping non-Apple behavior unchanged.
