New Media Page

Hi, sorry for being too late. Here is a couple of changes to address #30.

Bindings table is moved to the Media page. Now it's using a Description column instead for full URLs to differentiate between bindings, wrappers, and new items.

Now small thumbnails (linking to their dedicated pages) are being used for photo gallery. I've also added Hint.css tooltip library to add support for nice tooltips.

There is also a new dedicated post for the VSXu project; no idea how we missed that for all these years ^^"

@elmindreda There is few things which do require to be modified.

• A new suitable name for the Media page (media.md, its layout defined at top, and the media.html should be renamed)
• Review and modify the media page titles and introduction

I'm sorry, I can't give this the time it deserves right now. In the meantime, I've built it and I like the image grid.
