Match digest

Add the following.

• get_digests() to get the list of digests for a given event [with algid and pcr index] from the EventLog.
• match_disgest() to check whether a given digest (with algid) for an event [with pcr index] is found in the EventLog.
• match_digest.py to test the above two functions.
