Vi har laga ein Altinn-v3-client modul som tar seg av kommunikasjon mot altinn både for DPV og DPO.
Vi har ikkje endra på sjølve innholdet som blir sendt, så ein del kode har blitt kopiert fra den gamle løsningen og over i den nye. Så dette har ført til småtteri som at AltinnPackage har referanse til servicecode og serviceeditioncode, som kan fjernes på sikt https://digdir.atlassian.net/browse/MOVE-4825
AltinnConnectionCheck er fjerna, den klusser til onboarding som no er i IP UI.
