This PR needs to be raised against the evernym/vcx-ci repo instead. This repo is now mothballed.

Adds new unit testing suite and modified build script to add unit testing to the ci/cd pipeline. Please note: this is the initial commit and only adds a few unit tests to establish the framework for testing. The full suite will be built after this commit passes in jenkins.
