Justification
Multi-Device Identification: A PC application must distinguish between HTS and RPC devices when connected simultaneously. Default TinyUSB PIDs don't allow this.
Production Deployment: These are production devices deployed at manufacturing facilities, not development boards. Default PIDs risk collisions with other ESP32-S3 devices.
Custom USB Stack: Both devices implement custom CDC interfaces for PC application communication (configuration, monitoring, data logging).
