This PR makes various minor updates across the package vignettes. These are mostly rewording sentences or fixing lingering typos. Any information or links that are now outdated, either given updates in this package, or other related packages, or other sources, have been updated or removed.
Probability distributions that are proper nouns are now consistently capitalised.
